Ranney School is the right fit for you! There are plenty of sports, activities and classes that will benefit your children for their future well-being. These benefits include sports every season and activities after school, like robotics, band and chorus. The classes at Ranney are the best you can get and the education is outstanding. When you’re in class, you will learn tough things, but since there are small classes, it’s a great learning environment.
Outside the classroom, Ranney School has excellent features. We have an open campus. We have teachers and students that are helpful. One of our many features is our security. We have guards throughout the school day and only two sets of gates. The campus is beautiful. We have a Lower School building, a high school building and a middle school building. We also have two gyms, two cafeterias, a performing arts annex and four sports fields/courts.
Out of all of these benefits, which are all for the children, I think parents deserve some too. Some advantages for parents are the help teachers give your students, the afterschool programs and the afterschool sports. The help is outstanding. Any hurdle or struggle your child has, teachers are always there for them. If you cannot get to your child by the end of the day, they can stay after school.
All in all, Ranney is the right fit for you. With so many perks—the land, the campus, the help, the security and the sports—I hope I’ll see you next year!
The Class of 2016's Jerome Cohen, who has attended Ranney since 2nd grade noted the following upon graduation... Jerome served as Student Council President and will be attending the University of Pennsylvania
One of the most valuable pieces of my time at Ranney has been the ability to be involved in a variety of extracurriculars. Throughout my Lower and Middle School career, I was encouraged to try new activities. In Upper School, I committed my time to student government, varsity basketball and the theater. Each activity allowed me create new relationships and learn valuable lessons outside of the classroom. Even in Upper School, I was able to try new things, such as joining baseball in my junior year (and having much fun in the process)! Going into college, the lessons I learned through my electives are broad enough to be applied to a variety of situations. Not only have I been able to discover my passions at Ranney, but I am excited to continue to pursue them as I travel to Penn.
