Sailing Team Heading to Atlantic Coast Championship - Takes 4th!

October 18, 2016: Ranney's sailing team, which is only in its second season, won the MASSA Championships during the October 15 weekend in Virginia. The team heads to the Atlantic Coast Championship in November. Congrats to Upper School student sailors:

Update Nov. 16, 2016: Ranney's Sailing Team concluded it's successful fall season over the November 12 weekend at the Atlantic Coast Championship (ACC) in Rochester, NY, sailing on Lake Ontario.  This national invitational event is the top and final event of the fall season. Ranney school qualified for its MASSA district by winning the District Championship in Fort Monroe, VA. Our team finished as the top New Jersey school in the ACC, ultimatly placing 4th out of 20 schools representing various districts. The previous champion team from Virginia took 1st, with a team from Maine taking 2nd, and the Virgin Islands taking 3rd.

Our sailors also participate in a spring season which will begin in March.
