| 6/05/08: Students Come Out Winners in Monmouth Day Care Art Journal |
In May, the Monmouth Day Care Center in Red Bank published its annual Art Journal in the Two River Times newspaper. The special supplement raises funds for the Day Care Center through paid advertising and features artwork submitted by local students. Ranney School was well represented in the publication, as artwork created by four talented Middle School students, two 7th graders, and two 8th graders, were featured the issue.

Each March, the American Association of Teachers of French sponsors the “National French Exam” or Le Grand Concours. This annual competition recognizes the language proficiency of French students, grades 1 - 12, from all fifty states. This year, numerous Ranney students, representing all three divisions, placed exceptionally high in both state and national rankings.

| 4/29/08: The Rededication of the “Gerhard Pavilion for Athletics” |
With a snip of the ribbon and a roll of the drums, the Ranney School rededicated its campus Athletic Center, renaming it the Gerhard Pavilion for Athletics, or GPA, in honor of the Colts Neck family that helped lead the schools recent $12 million dollar capital improvement campaign, Foundations for Learning II.
