2006 Varsity Girls' Soccer Team

Under the guidance and leadership of Head Coach Anna Lazic, the 2006 Ranney Varsity Girls’ Soccer team earned the program’s first-ever NJISAA State Championship. A close and cohesive team, this remarkable group of young women made it their mission that season to reach the finals of the NJISSA State Tournament. From the start of the season, the group pulled together and built the type of bond that can rarely be broken. The team, comprised of 16 talented and hard-working players, took advantage of the moment, sensing something good was happening, and made the most of the opportunity to prove it.
Team members included: Alison Chavers ’07; Juliet Donaghy ’08; Kathryn Guidone ’08; Anna Rose Johnson ’08; Aisha Masud ’08; Kaitlyn Petrillo ’08; Kristine Rodriguez ’08; Emily Rotolo ’08; Kelly Harmon ’09; Joanna Simon ’09; Jessica Sugarman ’09; Molly Wilgucki ’09; Heather Flynn ’10; Veronica Maccia ’10; Katherine Rodriguez ’10; and Taylor Swanner ’10.
