Tri-M Music Honor Society

The Tri-M® Music Honor Society provides a means of promoting the importance of the arts in a comprehensive educational program. It recognizes passionate musicians who take an active role in the music community. To be inducted, students must have a minimum of 90 GPA, weighted, and be enrolled in an Upper School ensemble for a full year (Jazz Band, Chorus, Orchestra). AP Music Theory students should be enrolled in an Honors level ensemble class and earn a grade of 90 or above. Students must also have the recommendation of ensemble director and be in good disciplinary standing within the community. To remain in the Honor Society, students must participate in two service performances, three school performances, attend weekly meetings and contribute 10 service hours at Tri-M sponsored events.
