US Students Compete in Monmouth University Programming Contest
Ranney Upper School had four teams compete in the Monmouth University Programming Contest. Each team (of three students) was given 12 problems to solve, with the highest possible score being a 12 out of 12.
The team of Vincent Bai, Emerald Liu and Bob Li got an 11 out of 12, missing first place by one point and taking home second place honors.
The team of Brooke Schmelz, Anthony Virone, and Shreyan Nageswaran received 9 out of 12, earning a 4th place finish (missing 3rd by one point).
