Ranney School Freshman AJ Gracia Verbally Commits to Duke

Ranney School freshman AJ Gracia, a left-handed pitcher and outfielder, has verbally committed to play for Duke once he graduates from Ranney School in 2023.

“We are happy for AJ and his family; his story is a testament to hard work and talent paying off,” said Head of Ranney School Dr. John Griffith. “His dedication has led to a verbal commitment from his dream school, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for him. This another example of the upward trajectory of our baseball program, as we continue to build on the momentum of last year’s success and the winning culture that our head coach Pat Geroni and Athletic Director Natalie Gorman are working hard to nurture.”

Statistics and career information can be accessed at the following link.

“This is such a great achievement for AJ and his family,” said Ranney School head baseball coach Pat Geroni, going into his second year with the Panthers. “Duke is getting a great player and person, and we are so excited to watch him grow over the next four years here on the Ranney baseball team.”
