Middle Schoolers Appointed as NJ Jr. State Thespian Officers

Congratulations to Araiya Casriel '24 and Lindsay Berliner '24 on their appointments as New Jersey Jr. State Thespian Officers (JSTO). 
 
Their email notifications included the following statement of appointment - 
 
"Congratulations on your election as a JSTO to represent the state of NJ and the International Thespian Society. You have demonstrated outstanding qualities as a student leader, and NJ Junior Thespians looks forward to having you on the state board. " 
 
They will be representing Ranney School and the Performing Arts department for the 2019-2020 school year. Some of their duties will include planning, organizing, and facilitating this year's New Jersey Junior Thespian Festival, which is to be held at Toms River High School North on Saturday, May 16, 2020. 
 
Araiya and Lindsay continue a three-year tradition of state representation by our middle school junior thespians. Past JSTOs included Kiri Patient '23 (2017-18 & 2018-19) and Michael Guiliano '23 (2018-19.)
