Ranney Walk-A-Thon Supports Imprint Hope

Ranney Upper School student groups Beneath the Surface, Diversity, Waves of Equality and the Varsity Cross Country and Track teams planned a School-Wide Walk-a-thon that took place on March 10 to help Imprint Hope's vision of a world where children with disabilities can achieve their full potential. The Imprint Hope a foundation was started by Clare Byrne to bring help, hope, and purpose to children with disabilities in Uganda.

Our Ranney community collectively raised $6,022.26 through bake sales, T-shirt and bangle sales, LS students wearing posters at drop-off, posters made by various US student groups, and the generous support of students, families, faculty, and friends.

Among other things, these efforts will help create the first handicap-accessible care center in rural Uganda.

Congratulations to the Ranney Lower School for the highest number of sponsors and overall financial contribution.

Thank you to all who participated and helped us reach our goal! Let's continue to do great things together!
