Alum's Artwork to Appear in Vice President Biden's Home

Ranney 2016 Alum Erica Palmieri of Marlboro has three of her photographs on display at Vice President Joseph Biden's residence in Washington, D.C. Her artwork, along with images from other students across the country, will be exhibited at the residence throughout December 2016 as part of a new collaboration between National Geographic Kids and Dr. Jill Biden, second lady of the United States, to celebrate young photographers. Read National Geographic's release.

Erica's photography appeared in Governor's Island Gallery last June (back story) and earned Scholastic Art & Writing Honorable Mentions in 2015. A member of Ranney's National Art Honor Society, Erica is currently a freshman at New York University.
