Ranney Team Takes Ninth at Academic Challenge Competition

Senior Varun Sikand, senior Paul Jensen, sophomore Tommy Jensen, junior Jacob Egol, and sophomore Seth Marx posted an outstanding 7-2 record in this weekend's Academic Challenge competition against many of the top teams in New Jersey. Jacob Egol finished in 8th place overall and senior Varun Sikand finished in 16th place in individual scoring in a competition with more than 100 competitors. The team tied for ninth place out of a total of 27 teams.
