Advisory: The Heart of the Middle School Experience
US Beneath the Surface Club Hosts Imprint Hope Speaker
On Friday, Oct. 2, Clare Byrne, Founder and Director of Imprint Hope, addressed the Middle and Upper School students at their respective Town Halls with a message of hope and encouragement.
The Middle School students engaged in an interactive discussion about what it means to accept all people and show respect and kindness despite our differences.
With the Upper School students, Clare shared her personal experience as an Occupational Therapist who found fulfillment in a calling and career that led her to establish Imprint Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to raise awareness, break down barriers, and overcome the stigma that children with disabilities face on a daily basis through fostering hope, educating communities, and providing holistic rehabilitation.
Students from Beneath the Surface Club (BTSC) held a fundraiser selling handmade bracelets and keychains from Uganda to support the work of Imprint Hope.
