Luci Hedden '26 Attends NJSIAA National Girls & Women in Sports Day

Luci Hedden '26 was chosen to attend National Girls' and Women in Sports Day, sponsored by the NJSIAA at Rutgers.

NJSIAA partnered with Rutgers University to celebrate the 2026 National Girls & Women in Sports Day. The celebratory event was hosted on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Jersey Mike's Arena prior to the Rutgers women's basketball game against Minnesota.

NJSIAA member schools were invited to nominate one female senior student-athlete to attend the event - nominees were recognized during halftime. NJSIAA also provided a certificate and small gift to each attendee.
