Introduction to Market Concepts Teams Start with Impressive Rankings
After the first week of the Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge, one of our Introduction to Market Concepts teams is ranked 143rd globally out of more than 3,300 teams representing 50 countries!
"What's particularly exciting is that our high school students are competing alongside university teams from around the world," said advisor SoVonna Day-Goins.

Ranney's top-ranked team includes:

* Sydney Rosen '29
* Jordan Rue '28
* Jonathan Beneche '27
All five Ranney teams are participating, with three currently ranked among the top 750 globally.
"Beyond the rankings, I'm especially encouraged by how students are applying financial research, market analysis, and investment decision-making to a real-world competitive environment," said Day-Goins. "It's wonderful to see the Finance Lab coming to life in this way."
