Upper School Club Hosts Dr. Adams to Speak About Managing Stress in Healthy Ways

On Tuesday, the student-led Upper School club Beneath the Surface hosted Dr. Ashley Adams from Turning Tides Wellness in Red Bank, NJ to speak about how to manage stress in healthy ways.  Beneath the Surface is a club dedicated to raising awareness and increasing empathy around invisible illnesses. 

Dr. Adams spoke about topics including: 
  • Dealing with stressors related to the college process
  • How to establish healthy boundaries with social media
  • The importance of healthy sleep cycle habits
