Fifth Grade Students Produce an Online Show

The cast of "Dear Edwina" is getting ready to share the Lower School Musical this May! After submitting a video audition in January, the cast also auditioned by reading the script in Google Meet, then rehearsed after school remotely from January through April on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

The classes normally meet in Google Meet which students are very familiar with, but the cast learned how to adjust their video and audio in Zoom for this project which allowed them to add character names and show multiple students on the screen at the same time. 

The cast individually recorded audio and submitted themselves singing the songs Dear Edwina, Hola Lola, and the final song. Mrs. Geene put those tracks into an audio program, mixed with the track, then added to video that they recorded muted. This is a big accomplishment for fifth graders!
