Brandon Stobie ’23 Selected as a NJ Governor’s School Scholar

Brandon Stobie ’23 was selected as a New Jersey Governor’s School Scholar for the thirty-eighth New Jersey Governor’s School in the Sciences, held at Drew University from July 10 through July 30, 2022.  As a Governor's School Scholar, he will be one of a group of outstanding high school juniors from all parts of the state who have been chosen to participate in the program.

Currently, the first two weeks of the program are planned as virtual, with the third week held in person as a residential program on Drew’s campus to ensure a safe and equitable experience for all accepted scholars, while allowing the opportunity for the scholars to live together as a community in the residence hall.

For the three-week period, both virtually and in person, the selected students will be members of a community of scholars, counselors and faculty members who will be immersed in a comprehensive, challenging and very intensive program.
