The 2021 - 2022 NJAIS Leadership Institute identifies leaders within a community for participation in this professional development program. The five-session experience provides the framework to develop an understanding of leadership in independent education and to build management skills.

The five sessions aligned with the topics: Explore, Serve, Inspire, Reflect, and Lead. Included under these topics were deep-dives into School Culture, Trustee Enrichment, Leadership Styles, NJAIS Administrators, and How to Make a Difference.
