Pacific Encore Performances Comes to Ranney School
Spend a very special night at Ranney School, when Pacific Encore Performances joins the Upper School Chorus on Saturday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. for an enjoyable evening of music spanning a wide-range of musical styles, from contemporary tunes to classic opera.
Spend a very special night at Ranney School, when Pacific Encore Performances joins the Upper School Chorus on Saturday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. for an enjoyable evening of music spanning a wide-range of musical styles, from contemporary tunes to classic opera.
Often called the United Nations of Song, Pacific Encore Performances is a unique musical repertory company whose performances have taken the group throughout the United States as well as overseas, giving members the opportunity to perform before both national and international audiences and to build their professional careers. Through its performances, Pacific Encore also raises funds for other non-profit organizations. One of their most visible performances took place on September 11, 2003 when they sang before the President and General Assembly of the United Nations during a Benefit Concert marking the anniversary of the World Trade Center tragedy.
On February 21, the Upper School Chorus will have the honor of performing with Pacific Encore Performances in RSPA Panther Hall before an audience of parents and friends.
The evening will be followed by coffee and dessert and a Q & A session with the performers.
