The Gerhard Pavilion for Athletics was transformed into a beautifully festive dance hall as the Parents’ Association hosted its first-ever Parent-Child Dance on Friday evening, March 18th.

With more than 350 parents, students and staff members in attendance, the event featured a catered dinner, lots of music and added entertainment such as a stilt walker and face painter. The dance, which was conducted free of charge to all attendees, provided social time for parents and Ranney students living throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties — helping to strengthen the school’s community bond.

The RSPA’s Parent-Child Dance Committee was led by Chairwoman Laura Hauck, Co-chair Tara Jones and RSPA Executive Board member Nancy Roberts, along with RSPA President Sue Grosso and Executive Vice President Mimi Keenan.

For information on upcoming RSPA events, including: the Reading for Ranney Day Book Sale at Barnes & Noble on April 1, Spring Garden Sale on May 4-6, and the 24th Annual Panther Ball on May 14, please email the Parents’ Association at RSPA@ranneyschool.org.
