Following the induction of new alumni into Ranney’s Athletic Hall of Fame, the Upper School hosted its annual Athletic Awards Convocation on Thursday, June 2 in RSPA Panther Hall. While the program recognized eight teams and their members from the spring season, it also highlighted the accomplishments of year-round athletes with the presentation of eight major awards.
In his welcoming remarks, Director of Athletics Thomas Moriau congratulated all spring teams on an outstanding season and thanked all parents and coaches for their support and dedication to the Ranney School athletic program. To each graduating senior, he added, “As you move forward in your life, don’t be afraid to set yourself apart from everybody else. If you want to be great in whatever you do, you have to be willing to set yourself apart.”
