Join us at our Performing Arts Spring Concert Series 5/15, 5/16, 5/21


Please enjoy a ‘preview’ of the Spring Concert Series. All evening events are free, open to the public, and all community members and prospective students are invited to attend!

Middle School Concert, Wednesday, May 15, 2013 7:00 P.M.

Join the Middle School Band, Chorus, and Orchestra ensembles on this evening as they perform the program of music they are preparing for the Music in the Parks Festival. The Middle School ensembles comprise the talents of some of the school's finest and most dedicated student musicians. The concert is the highlight in a week of events designed to promote and honor Middle School Music. It's an evening not to be missed!

Lower School Concert, Thursday, May 16, 2013 6:00 P.M.

All are welcome to hear the promising young musicians of our Lower School Musical Elective program. On an evening designed to spotlight our beginning and advanced beginning ensembles, we present the Lower School Band, Chorus, and Orchestra Ensembles. It's a fun evening for all and exhibits the skills and repertoire learned throughout a year of musical study.

Upper School Concert, May 21, 2013 7:00 P.M.

The lighter side of music fills RSPAPanther Hall on this evening. You will hear and see the senior stars of the Tri-M® and Thespian honor societies together with the Upper School Orchestra, Show Choir, and Jazz Band. This spectacular concert event features contemporary music theater scenes, film music medleys, and jazz standards. Selections range from classical to pop and include a range of diverse compositions. Join the Upper School performing arts students for an evening highlighting the departments' newest and most accomplished players.
