Upper School Robotics Wins First-Competition Finals
The 2015-16 robotics season has only just begun, and Ranney teams are already earning the top spots.
The
Lower and Middle School Robotics teams aren’t the only ones winning competitions this season. Ranney’s Upper School team competed against
17 other robots from across the state at Rowan University’s new Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering on November 15, 2015. Our team brought 9 robots to the event. Five of the 12 robots that made it to the semifinals were Ranney robots and four of the six robots in the finals were Ranney’s.

An independent robotics club from Ocean County
Alliance 2 won the final round and our A Team won an Amaze Award for consistent high performance throughout the day. A Team went undefeated into the semifinals. The Upper School robotics team’s next event is on December 12 at Monroe Township High School.
