My Hometown Auction Coming to Upper School

My Hometown: Auction for a Cause collection is now active at Ranney. Proposed and led by junior Anjali Mann of Marlboro, the initiative is aimed at raising funds for local service providers, such as the Ronald McDonald House, the Tinton Falls Food Bank, Lunch Break and the YMCA. My Hometown is a community service club that exists in several schools throughout our local area, including Colts Neck High and Marlboro High.

“We were brainstorming different ways to help underprivileged families in Monmouth County and thought that having an auction would allow the Ranney community to help people that are less fortunate while also giving the community the opportunity to win merchandise from different local businesses through the auction,” said Anjali.

The group plans to hold an auction March 9-11, 2016.
