Middle School Basketball Ends Season in Triumph

Ranney's younger Panther teams have been making a name for themselves throughout the Middle School conference.
The Middle School Girls' Basketball team, led by Coach Katie Popowych, won the Shore Intermediate League Championship over a previously undefeated Union Beach team 22-20 in overtime! The team was unbeaten in the conference, except for 2 losses to Union Beach, but avenged their loss in the title game.
 
The Middle School Boys' Basketball team lost to Union Beach in the championship game after defeating Henry Hudson in the semi-final game of the season.
