Middle School Student-Athletes Celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day

Coach Kim Harris and Middle School student-athletes Charlotte Clark, Tatiana Lanfranchi, Tatiana Batson and Brooke Schmelz (not pictured) participated in the February 28 National Girls & Women in Sports Day held at Monmouth University.

The girls had the opportunity to speak with current Division I College Athletes about how important sports have been in molding them into the student-athletes they are today. They also participated in a Q&A session with the athletes before watching the Monmouth University Women's Basketball team defeat St. Peter's College.

“It was a great day for our Middle School girls,” said Coach Harris.
