Ranney Honored as "Writing Achievement Honor School"; 15 Freshmen Published
Ranney School has been recognized by Creative Communication, an organization devoted to the promotion of writing, teaching, and appreciation of student writing, as a “Writing Achievement Honor School" for its student essay entries. Seventh-five percent of our student entries were selected for inclusion in the organization’s Fall 2016 anthology, “What is Important to Me.” Fifteen freshmen had their works published in the book, which can be viewed in English Teacher Mrs. Leslie Patient’s classroom.
