Noah Canfield '28 Helps Raise Money for Cancer Research with October Saves

Noah Canfield ’28 has participated in the October Saves fundraising efforts for seven years, raising over $31,000 over that time period. October Saves is a fundraising effort where hockey goalies across North America come together to raise money for cancer research.
 
During the month of October, Wolfpack goalies of all ages and skill levels pledge to stop pucks and raise money for cancer research and patient support. Each save on the ice becomes a symbol of hope off the ice, as the Woodbridge goalie community unites to honor fighters, survivors, and loved ones lost.
 
This year, Noah, who serves as captain of the Wolfpack team, surpassed his goals and made 315 saves for the month of October, raising close to $3,500.
 
Noah and his fellow goalies raised $31, 400 in October for cancer research.
