Three FBLA Students Advance to State Competitions

Ranney's chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) celebrated the successes of students in NJ FBLA Regional Competitions and The Stock Market Game fall challenge.

We congratulate Rosepreet Virdi '24, Carissa Hoe '25, and Ciara Sittig '26 on their success in the Regional Competitions. There are 38 high schools in the FBLA's Central Region of New Jersey and these students ranked in the top 8 in their respective events, which were Entrepreneurship for Rosepreet (7th place), Healthcare Administration for Carissa (5th place), and Introduction to Business Communications for Ciara (7th place). The students now advance to the state level competitions in March.

We also congratulate the following teams who ranked in the top 25 out of 342 teams in The Stock Market Game fall challenge. The Stock Market Game is an online simulation of the global capital markets in which students get to trade and manage their own virtual $100,000 investment portfolio. Sam Landers '26, Quinlan Miller '26, and Lawrence Royce '26 ranked 17th, Brooke Berliner '27, O'Hara Kane-Assatly '26, and Ilana Kasner '26 ranked 23rd, and Valentina Cariola '26, Sophia Hare '26, Cole Serrapica '25, and Jack Szeremeta '26 ranked 25th.
