Ranney Alum Launches Interactive Presentation - Sunday, April 26

Helen, Pike '74 will present her new interactive Power Point presentation, Rebel with Reels: The Life and Times of Walter Reade," on Sunday, April 26 at 4:00 p.m. at The Showroom on Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park.
Helen, Pike '74 will present her new interactive Power Point presentation, Rebel with Reels: The Life and Times of Walter Reade," on Sunday, April 26 at 4:00 p.m. at The Showroom on Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park. Since 1991 the name has appeared on the marque at Lincoln Center's cinema in Manhattan. But who, exactly, was Walter Reade and what was he doing in New Jersey? Admission is $10. Drinks provided by Ducky Tea and treats made by the chef at Plan B.
Helen will also be speaking at Rutgers Day on Saturday, April 25 about her two books: How Jersey Are You?, 11:30 a.m., at the School of Communication, 4 Huntington Street and Asbury Park: Between Music and Municipal Madness, 1:15 p.m., at the Alexander Library, College Avenue.
