Alumni Office Launches Connection Network

Ranney's Alumni Relations Office is happy to introduce our new “Ranney Alumni Connection Network.”  This secure network is designed to encourage networking and social interaction specifically among Ranney graduates. Alumni will be able to connect with one another while also having access to an ongoing source of support and guidance. 

Whether looking for a new job or internship, trying to find the right person to hire or working on expanding your professional network, the Connection Network can help alums find and post job listings as well as social or sporting events for alumni in your area, alumni news and community updates, and much more.
The Connection Network will be available as a secure private group on Facebook for alumni, administered by the Ranney Alumni Office. Alums will be able to join by accepting a group request via Facebook.
 
If you do not have a Facebook account but would like to be part of the Connection Network, you may email tmoriau@ranneyschool.org.  If you have a Facebook account and have not received a request to join, please contact Mr. Moriau.
 
The Alumni Office will continue to post general news on the current Ranney Alumni Facebook page. However, secure items will now be posted on the private “Ranney Alumni Connection Network” group page.
 
The Connection Network will aid Ranney Alum by:
  • providing professional networking with real-world business and professional advice, counseling and experiences from fellow alums based on specific areas of interest
  • serving as a resource for posting of professional employment
  • providing a secure place to seek guidance on career advancement or mid-career changes
  • expanding one’s professional network
  • providing opportunities to connect with other members of the Ranney alum community  
  • providing insight into available internships and jobs among the Ranney alum community
  • giving them a new resource for hiring employees
  • communicating the professional interests of current students and community members
  • inspiring interaction with the school
  • connecting alumni based on geographic location, practice area and interests
  • assisting in building lifelong relationships among Ranney alumni, including by reconnecting them with alums now living across the country and throughout the world
  • enhancing Ranney’s presence in local, national and international communities.
  • providing social and educational opportunities for Ranney students and alumni.
