Lily Elkwood - Facing History Together Essay Finalist

Lily Elkwood, Class of 2018, was recently chosen as one of 16 finalists in the The 2017 Facing History Together Student Essay Contest. Her essay, written as an AP Language and Composition assignment, expounded on the ethical lessons she's learned from her father. The committee called the essay "truly inspiring"and Lily's essay is now be up for public voting rounds until noon on April 21Students are vying for scholarship awards for themselves and their schools.
