Indoor Track Performs Well at Shore Conference Meet

The Ranney Indoor Track team had an impressive showing at the Shore Conference meet on Jan. 26 at the Toms River Bubble. Junior Shana Fitzmaurice placed fourth overall in the 1600m run running a time of 5:23. Her fourth place finish makes her the first Ranney track athlete to ever place at the Shore Conference meet.

In the same race, Junior Olivia Metzger ran a season-best time of
5:49 placing 25th overall.

Junior Olukayode Oladeji broke the men's 1600m school record, which he set earlier this season, running
5:08, and placing 39th overall.
