Two Students Accepted into All-Shore Chorus

Congratulations to Valentina Cariola ‘26 and Joseph Sciortino ‘24 on their acceptances into the All-Shore Chorus. Established in 1962, the All Shore Chorus brings together the best of the best high school choir singers from Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey. The organization strives to challenge students by performing advanced academic pieces to prepare them for singing beyond high school. Students are chosen through a rigorous audition process involving musical scales, a prepared quartet, and a solo.  
 
Joseph and Valentina will perform with the All-Shore Chorus on Monday, February 3, at Monmouth Regional High School at 7 pm.  This year, the honors chorus will be conducted by Professor Vinroy D. Brown. 
 
“I'm very proud of these exceptionally talented students, and how hard they’ve worked to prepare for the auditions. This is the second consecutive year in All-Shore for both of them, and that is quite an accomplishment,” said Choral Director Mrs. Cindy Dwyer. “Joe and Valentina are a credit to the Ranney Choral Community and Performing Arts Department.”
