Nate, Class of 2023, wrote this brief essay as part of his sixth-grade public speaking class.

There are a lot of good schools out there, but there is one that takes the cake. My name is Nate, and I am going to be telling you about Ranney School. I will tell you about its advantages, benefits, and other good stuff. Get ready to learn.

Ranney School was created in 1960 by Russell Ranney. At first, it was a reading school, but nowadays it is one of the best schools in the country. It has a 60-acre campus with amazing technology and great teachers. It has its own track and field, pool, gym, and playgrounds. When you get to Middle School, you receive your own Chromebook. You can use this for homework and classwork.

Ranney offers many different sports every season. It also offers different electives, including Music, Art, and Drama. Ranney also has clubs where you watch movies, recite speeches, and much more.

If you are advanced in Math, you can go to a harder Math class so you can always keep learning. Ranney also has very good lunch and everyone is nice to each other.

Every classroom has advanced technology to help the learning process. Ranney also has after-school events, including the Fall Festival. And may I just say, they really help you if you break your foot!

As you can tell, Ranney is really great. I have told you about some of Ranney’s advantages, benefits, and other good stuff. If you go to Ranney, you will thrive and one day rule the world!
